Passenger Services Agent


The Role
Carry out the work at the airport as directed by the ASM / DO
Observe Departmental and special rules, regulations and procedures related to airport operations.
Resolve the operational problems for an on-time departure in consultation with DO / ASM
Respond and resolve passenger complaints and requests and where appropriate report and take up with ASM / DO
Liaise with all departments to achieve operational efficiencies.
Liaise with Airport Authorities and Governmental agencies.
Ensure all Health and Safety standards and Security procedures of the company are within the appropriate guidelines.
Qualifications / Experience
  • 2 years airport experience in a similar or equivalent position
  • Overall knowledge of airport operations
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of computers and systems.

  • Baggage tracing knowledge is a plus.
