The Candidate:
Ideally graduate, having 1-2 years of working experience in Airline / Travel / Hospitality industry along with recognized IATA / Airline Basic Tariff Course and International Fares and Ticketing Certificate.
Job Description:
In this position you would be responsible for handling telephone calls, attending Guests and required to work as a team and consistently provides the highest service standards to the guests. You will also be responsible for resolution of problems and issues raised by the guests.
Communication Skills:
Excellent Communication skills in English, both written and spoken are mandatory.
Desirable Skills:
Working knowledge of Sabre system and front office systems are desired.
Fluency in at least one additional foreign / local language is desirable.
