Candidate Requirements
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, have a strong attention to detail and be able to adapt to rapid change in a positive manner whilst continuing to deliver to demanding timescales. Superb inter-personal skills and the ability to build instant credibility is essential as you will be interfacing with people of a range of nationalities and professions.
Additionally you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a flight planner in a flight support company, preferably with at least 2 years gained in the UAE.
- A valid FAA or GCAA Flight Dispatcher licence.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of flight planning and air operations control principles, preferably specific to the UAE.
- Proven leadership experience in management of flight planning operations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
