Job Purpose
- A hands-on role within a small accounting team, supporting the finance function for the 3 stations in South Africa
Job Outline
- Assist the Finance and Administrative Manager in all finance and accounting matters and ensure compliance with the corporate finance policy.
- Ensure that local sales reporting by passenger and cargo agents and area office are timely and complete.
- Ensure credit control is effectively carried out. Proper maintenance of debtors / collections / under collection ledgers including monthly debtors analysis and follow up.
- Verify and check charges levied on the company each month within the permitted timeframes.
- Organise and facilitate annual audits and ensure audits are completed in a smooth and timely manner.
- Reconcile statements, Data entry, banking of collections as necessary.
- Carry out other administrative and personnel duties as instructed.

Qualifications
- University Graduate.
Experience
- 4 - 5 years experience in a finance department of any large organization.
- Computer Literate and proficient in MS Office Suite of Software.
- Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
Preferred Additional Qualification
- Must have the right to live and work in South Africa. Company will not assist in obtaining work permits.
